Welcome Mark Dallmeyer to the North America Team
We are excited to share that Mark Dallmeyer has joined KYMC's service team as the Customer Service Representative for the North American region. Known for our commitment to providing reliable and responsive service, KYMC has earned the trust of customers in the North American market through our extensive service. With the ongoing expansion of our customer base in North America, Mark's addition further strengthens our commitment to serving and earning the trust of our customers through personalized care and efficient solutions.
Mark had previously been at Jagenberg, Windmoller and Holscher Group, Novaflex, BHS Printing Press and Die Cutting Machinery Crop. He brings along with him over two decades of experience in flexographic press, rotogravure press, coating equipment and paper converting equipment. We are confident that Mark will bring additional value to our customers when it comes to the installation of machines and operator training.
Apart from Mark joining the team. The KYMC online service also brings great benefits for our customers. For instance, the “Visual Plus”: A vision headset glasses that allows instant site support remotely. Visual Plus can be hooked up to multiple mobile team meeting applications such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Skype…etc. During the remote meeting on Visual plus, pictures and text instruction data could be shared. All these functions will enable easier and more efficient service communication.
Once an issue is identified through our experienced professionals and through the help of technologies such as the Visual Plus. Getting the spare parts that need to be replaced into the hands of our customers in the shortest amount of time makes all the difference. KYMC got it covered by having a spare part storage facility at Carol Steam Illinois, to ensure an expedited spare part delivery.
